01
Current position
We do not currently sell third-party display advertising on this website. Listings you see are our own (or those we are instructed to market), not paid banners from unrelated brands.
02
Property marketing
Landlords and vendors who want a home marketed by us should contact us through the Contact page. That is an instruction to let or sell, not display advertising.
03
Media-pack enquiries
If you represent a brand and wish to discuss a future placement, write to SMP Estates Limited (company number 07756199), The Old School, St. Johns Road, Dudley, England, DY2 7JT, marked “Advertising”. We may decline categories that conflict with lettings, housing advice, or our duty to treat applicants fairly.
